Shu Noodles

Shu literally translates to well-cooked noodles, and we are proud to be Jordan’s first hand-pulled noodle Restaurant is. The core of our cuisine was built on a 4000 -year- old ongoing tradition of Chinese hand-pulled noodles. Most of the dishes in our menu are based on Xian and Sichuan provinces, if you ever visit Xian, you’ll notice some Middle Eastern influences in their cuisine, which has dishes with tahini, lamb and cumin. This is largely due to the historical trade on the Silk Road between Xian which lies on the western end of China, and the Arab world.
